"This is IW26011," Mary Rose, agency staff member, told commissioners as she shared an updated map prepared by a professional wetland scientist and field-verified by Richard Plain Surveying. She said the application shows silt fencing roughly 10 feet from the wetland line but that updated mapping revealed more wetland on the property than previously thought.
