Commission members suggested simple logistics notes such as asking to appear on the event route map, inviting local artists to attend, and using signage to prompt passersby to a 2 p.m. (example) unveiling.
The commission agreed that staff should coordinate with the Chamber and handle special-event logistics so the reveal can complement, rather than complicate, the existing event. Members favored inviting local artists when feasible and discussed covering works prior to an official unveiling as a way to draw attention.
