A planning board member read the applicant's request and moved that the board accept the withdrawal; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote. The applicant will appear before the planning board on May 20 at 6:30 p.m. for subdivision review under the subdivision process, which the board said provides a different scope of oversight than a site-plan review.
The planning board noted the applicant's file will be updated to reflect the withdrawal and that town council has also received a copy of the civil action paperwork that was read into the record earlier in the meeting.
