Member Martin said he preferred a less formal group to allow ideas to develop; Member Stan Greger asked for a narrow, well‑defined charge tied to existing projects to make participation productive.
No formal vote was taken; members asked staff to draft clearer committee objectives and to return with cost estimates and proposed work scopes during the coming weeks.
