Berkley — The Berkley City Council unanimously approved its consent agenda on March 16, approving routine minutes and several ordinance actions.
Items approved included minutes of the March 2 regular meeting and work session; warrant list number 1420; purchase of a utility line locator; and second reading and adoption of ordinances to amend municipal civil infractions, residential grading and drainage standards, noxious weeds, and snow-emergency procedures. The consent agenda also included consideration of a development agreement between AFB Woodward LLC (and related entities) and the city, and an extension of oath of office for the city treasurer and certifying assessor.
Councilmember Baker made the motion to approve the consent agenda; the motion carried on a roll-call vote.
