Commissioners noted existing outreach efforts during the 2019 plan revision and suggested targeted community engagement, including neighborhood-level notices or mailings, to reach residents who historically have been underrepresented in planning processes.
A motion to accept the Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals 2025 annual report was made and approved by voice vote. Commissioners closed the meeting with thanks to outgoing leaders and adjourned.
