Summary
At a March 10 Orange Park workshop, staff and engineers recommended moving forward with a bridge-based design for the Johnson Slooh Culvert and Roadway Improvement Project citing resiliency and lower life-cycle costs, while residents urged cheaper alternatives and council debated funding options and permit timing.
