Elizabeth Tabber told the commission the cart is towed behind her vehicle, is not stationary, and would be used for occasional events such as customer-appreciation days and select evenings for sports-related crowds. She said, “it’s basically you can say it’s a hot dog cart but it’s actually a hot food cart,” and that it can be removed and stored when not in use.
With no public opposition during the hearing, commissioners moved and seconded to approve the permit; the transcript records a voice vote of 'all in favor.'
