Isla Vista board approves $20,000 consultant agreement to launch parking compliance program

Jenna, a district staff member, said the Dixon firm had previously assisted with study work and that bringing that expertise back for implementation assistance would help avoid early pitfalls and support a smoother launch. The board discussed making sure knowledge is transferred in-house to control future costs and asked about the term of the agreement; staff said the contract runs six months through June and would be reassessed afterward.
