Applicant Ken Paige said the change is a visual refresh — "it's just a redesign, it's not an increase in signage size" — and that the proposal uses the same hardware and dimensions as the previous sign.
No public comment was raised on the sign. Commissioner discussion was brief and supportive; a motion to approve carried on a roll call vote with Commissioners Simmons, Nye, Hammy, Vice Chair Copen and Chair Brown recorded as voting yes.
The applicant invited commissioners to stop by the restaurant after the meeting.
