John Lee, the city's IT manager, said the product was selected in 2022 after a cross-department procurement to better manage contracts, insurance certificates and workflow for storing and updating documents. "We've had positive reviews of the product as well as the process and the workflow here at the city," Lee said, adding that while every new product has minor bugs, the system has reached a stable state and staff is comfortable continuing and expanding its use.
Councilmembers asked whether the product had met expectations; Lee said it had "pretty much met" the procurement goals. The motion to renew the three-year agreement was made, seconded and carried. The transcript does not record a detailed fiscal cost or a quantified savings estimate.
