The board conducted a roll‑call vote: three members recorded a “no” vote and five recorded a “yes,” and the motion carried.
The motion authorizes administration to execute the WTI proposal within the stated not‑to‑exceed amount and directed facilities staff to proceed with project scheduling and notifications to user groups.
