The Baldwin Park City Council convened a special meeting on April 1 and recessed into a closed session at 5:04 p.m., after the City Clerk reported that no speaker cards or emailed comments had been received.
Mayor Damian called the meeting to order and announced the time. During roll call, Mayor pro tem Ayala, Council member Avila and Council member Lozano were recorded present; Council member Estrada was not present, the clerk noted.
The mayor opened public communications and asked the City Clerk whether any members of the public had submitted speaker cards or emails. The City Clerk responded that there were none, and the mayor closed public communications. The council did not take any votes or motions in open session and moved to recess into closed session as announced at the end of the meeting.
No further actions, agenda items, or public testimony were recorded in the open portion of the meeting.
