Michelle Wener, the county finance director, presented the contract during the contracts and agreements portion of the meeting and said the center is "anxious to get things rolling." The board approved the measure by roll call.
The board also approved an approximately $111,000 contract with Pathways Behavioral Health Services for counseling services tied to the sheriff’s office application for opioid settlement funding. Wener said the Pathways contract arose as part of a broader sheriff’s office application that will include multiple funded projects; supervisors approved the contract by voice vote.
