Board approves personnel actions, second-reading policies and facility-rate update

On facilities and rentals, Mr. Kar summarized the revisions to the facilities rental schedule: the football stadium was removed from availability and a custodian fee was added. Board members said the changes reflected operational availability; the board approved the updated facilities rental rates.
