“ We did increase almost 6%,” Judith, the DIA presenter, told the board as she walked members through the agency’s year‑end PowerPoint and a longer narrative report included in packet materials. Staff said roughly 111,570 Wayne County residents used free general admission in 2025 (the number excludes school groups, teachers’ professional development and senior groups).
