• CPR 2026-01 (resolution) — Passed. After a motion to waive the three-reading requirement and an amendment by substitution, the council voted 9-0 to adopt the resolution authorizing a design-build request for proposals for the Lake County Convention Center project.
• CPO 2026-10, CPO 2026-11 and CPO 2026-12 — Committee scheduling. Councilman Winington moved to set a Ways & Means committee meeting on April 14 at 5:30 p.m. at the Public Safety Building to hear these three items; the motion passed 9-0.
