County adopts resolution to begin negotiations to convey government center parcel to nonprofit

Staff said the next step is to meet in closed session with counsel to discuss specific transaction terms and conditions before bringing recommendations to the redevelopment subcommittee and the full board. County survey work is under way to split the government center parcel administratively as the initial step toward redevelopment.
