Commissioner Amy moved to recommend the agreement and the motion was seconded by Matt. The clerk conducted a roll call; members recorded on the record included Tweeten (yes), Byer (yes), McWaters (yes) and Murphy (yes). The commission forwarded the recommendation to city council for final action.
Staff said the agreement had been drafted and reviewed by the city attorney and that the commission’s role was to make a recommendation to council; no additional discussion or amendments to the agreement were recorded during the meeting.
Next step: the recommendation will be included in a council packet for final consideration by the City Council.
