Outbound baggage-handling system work has begun with underground investigations and night work sequencing to avoid passenger disruption; crews will start barricading the work area in late March or early April. The airport is also advancing a project to install about 80 Level-2 EV chargers in the main lot and is coordinating permitting and contractor access to minimize impact during peak season. Program staff said an open call produced 271 artist applicants for a baggage-column wrap program, with two artists to be commissioned and a June unveiling planned.
