A council member recalled a 48-hour permission window used in earlier approvals; members advised the resident they would search the parking and nuisance ordinances and asked staff to email the specific ordinance language to the committee so they could follow up.
The committee did not take formal enforcement action in the meeting; members said they would investigate which ordinance provision applies and return with the precise statutory or ordinance citation.
