The Central Laredo Municipal Management District board on April 26 accepted the resignations of two directors, appointed Anthony Sullivan to fill a vacancy and approved a series of administrative measures to formalize the district’s operations.
The board moved unanimously to accept the resignation of Justin Heather, who left to accept employment in San Antonio, and to accept the resignation of Kadabad Forez, who said she needs to shift focus from board service. “He was very much an asset and helped us a lot up to this point,” the chair said in thanking Heather for his service.
