The Klamath County Board of Commissioners met Jan. 6 in Room 219 and voted unanimously on a package of routine orders, resolutions and agreements affecting county services and budgets.
Todd Pfeiffer, public works weed-control manager, presented an order declaring Klamath County a Weed Control District and identifying noxious weeds for 2026. The Board adopted the order (OR2026-025) and later approved a companion resolution establishing weed-control fees for 2026 (RE2026-011), both by unanimous vote. "We need a consistent approach to manage noxious weeds across the county," Pfeiffer said as he addressed the Board.
