Planning & Zoning staff presented multiple plats and rezoning ordinances for commissioner approval in April.
On April 8 Commissioners approved plats including Hamelin Reserve; Lloyd's Lake 2nd Plat; Green Vale SW Replat; New Garden School Replat; Shake N Bake Acres; Veverka Sunset Hill; and Berry Ranch. They also approved rezoning ordinances PZ 26‑08 (Putts Ranch, Lot 1), PZ 26‑09 (Smith Acres Replat, Lots 2C & 3C), PZ 26‑10 (Katherine's Estates, Lot 2), PZ 26‑11 (Coyote Ridge Replat, Lot 1A), PZ 26‑12 (Bowser Acres, Lots 1 & 2), PZ 26‑13 (C Hill Acres, Lot 1) and PZ 26‑14 (Richmond Country Estates Replat, Lots 1‑4 and Lot 1A).
On April 29 the commission approved a plat for Tucker Acres as presented by Planning & Zoning staff. The motions to approve these items carried as recorded in the minutes.
