IT director reports full recovery after Sheriff's Office server failure; board enters executive session on security arrangements

Timiney also reported the first-quarter KnowBe4 security training reached about 80% completion and explained the relevance of RTO (Recovery Time Objective) and RPO (Recovery Point Objective) when restoring services. Zuccarell said the new IT technician will be assigned to Juvenile and Probate Courts as integration continues and that the Assistant IT Director posting awaits CPQ results.
