Park Board retains 2025 officers; approves amended minutes and claims

Tippecanoe County Park and Recreation Board retained its 2025 officers and unanimously approved amended December 2025 minutes and routine claims at its Feb. 4 meeting.
The Tippecanoe County Park and Recreation Board on Feb. 4 voted to retain the board’s 2025 slate of officers and approved routine housekeeping items.
President Opal Kuhl asked for nominations; John Gambs moved to retain the existing slate, Mike Gery seconded and the motion carried unanimously. The board recorded the officers as President Opal Kuhl, Vice President Denny Mellon and Executive Secretary Randy Lower.
The board also unanimously approved amended December 2025 minutes on a motion by Dave Luhman, seconded by Denny Mellon. Later in the meeting, claims were reviewed and approved on a motion by Denny Mellon, seconded by Dave Luhman.
All three motions were carried without recorded opposition by the members present. The meeting was called to order at 3:01 p.m. and adjourned at 3:50 p.m.
