A second commenter who identified himself only as Corey accused the county of corruption, said the county is ‘‘formally in default’’ and that notices were sent in February and April without response. He said his group intends to move forward to collect bonds, property and water, and referenced deed and recorder anomalies in the historical chain of title. Corey said he expected state-level attention and suggested the attorney general could be involved.
