Committee flags rising resignations in HHS; plans to invite department leader

Committee members suggested the turnover might reflect promotions, pay differentials or performance-related separations; a list of names included some instances HR said appeared tied to performance issues and resignations-in-lieu of discipline.
The committee asked HR to investigate and invited HHS leadership (Kelly) to appear at a future meeting or at the department’s next committee meeting to provide explanation and context for the resignations.
