Yukon EDA to schedule work session on organizational structure and TIF District 2

One trustee suggested staff provide several date options rather than leaving availability open; the staff member agreed and said they would send dates and times to trustees the next day. The board expressed general support for the idea and asked staff to coordinate scheduling and logistics.
The work session is intended to clarify the authority’s purpose and long‑term strategy and to give trustees time to review organizational documents prior to making decisions tied to the upcoming fiscal year.
