Board approves land split and Conditional Use Permits for Hooper property

Dodge County’s Board of Supervisors on April 29 approved two Conditional Use Permits for Bradford and Cynthia Wehner of Hooper to allow a lot split of less than 20 acres but greater than 10 acres and to issue a new No-Fee Residential Registration Permit in an A-1 Intensive Agriculture zoning district.
Zoning Administrator Jeff Ray reported the Dodge County Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of the subdivision and the CUPs. Hearing no testimony for or against the request, the board accepted the Planning Commission recommendation and approved the permits, finding the conditional use conforms to the intent and purpose of zoning regulations for the district.
The item was approved unanimously with no amendments recorded.
