Fitch confirmed a clerical error on parcel #2075‑1500.0‑00011.02. Gardner requested a refund under Mississippi law for the three years; the Board approved the refund and recorded Gardner as recused on the vote.
The clerk will issue a check for $1,345.97 to Heartland Church per board authorization.
