Yamhill County commissioners approve consent items, IGA for juvenile-record expunction and OHSU nutrition agreement

Commissioners approved a memorandum of agreement between Yamhill County Health & Human Services and Oregon Health & Science University for the Nutrition Oregon campaign in the amount of $28,954 (retroactive Jan. 1, 2026, through Dec. 31, 2026).
All motions on these items passed unanimously.
The board scheduled construction-contract consideration for the new clerk's office to come before the board the following week.
