The Menlo Park Housing Commission approved its April 1, 2026 meeting minutes and completed its annual leadership selections during the May 6 special meeting.
Commissioner Osler moved to approve the April 1 minutes and the roll call vote passed unanimously (6–0) with one absence. Later, following the commission’s regular procedure under City Council policy CC‑2‑4‑004, members nominated and voted on leadership: Commissioner Osler was elected chair and Commissioner Sweitzer was elected vice chair. Both motions passed by roll call vote, 6–0, with one absence.
The selections take effect immediately and will last for one year or until successors are selected per policy. Staff will update the commission roster and distribute meeting notes reflecting the changes.
