Committee on Committees approves replacing Senator Windy Boy on two interim panels

A member asked whether Windy Boy remained on an educational study panel; Chair Glim clarified that educational-study appointments are made by the president (Senate leadership) and therefore fall outside the Committee on Committees’ appointment authority.
