Timing: staff said work will begin in May on the Kingsley segment between Detroit Street and North State Street and that crews plan to finish initial work before the city’s art fair. In June, they will move to Kingsley between North State and Angle Street and begin work on Angle Street while continuing Catherine work. Staff said July and August will see ongoing Kingsley and Ingalls work, with the west section of Catherine (west of Glen Avenue) expected to be finished in July and Catherine east of Glen and Zena Pitcher wrapping in August; Anne/Ann Street and roundabout work will begin in August. Cynthia said remaining work will continue into September and that Anne/Ann Street work should be completed by October while Kingsley and Ingalls may extend into October.
