During citizens’ matters, Crystal Weinper read a comment submitted by Angela Thomas. Non‑resident speakers recorded in the minutes included Beverly Robinson, Jamie Vasper, Rendal Strek and Jay Giordani (the latter speaking on behalf of Milan Senior Healthy Living).
