Youth center reports rising participation; council thanks staff and files report

The committee also credited Representative Jonathan Zlotnik with obtaining additional state funding to support the center’s operations.
Councilor Mack praised the hiring and the assistant director’s local ties to the community. The council voted to place the communication on file.
