Commissioners direct staff to explore impact fees, request capital improvement plan

Commissioner David Hockaday moved that staff take steps to develop a capital improvement plan and provide comparative information about existing infrastructure and projected needs in growth areas; Commissioner Tammy Hendrix seconded. The motion passed 5‑0.
