The Home submitted a letter of intent to tie into the MUA 'because the existing wells on their property need to be treated for elevated levels of PFOAs and PFOS,' and the MUA said it would evaluate the request at its board meeting and contact the Holland Christian Home.
Borough Engineer Joseph Pomante reported the communication as part of the engineering project-status update. The minutes do not record a decision by the council or the MUA at the work session; officials noted the matter will proceed through the MUA's review process and subsequent contact with the Home.
