Mike Moonan was unanimously approved as vice chair following a motion by John Woodward and a second from Ramon Castro. The board approved Cyndie Sherriff as secretary on a 4-2 vote; the minutes record that Jeff Baker moved for the appointment and Ramon Castro seconded.
The board considered the December 2025 minutes; corrections were proposed and a motion to approve the minutes failed after corrections were made by Chair John Woodward. A subsequent motion by Mike Moonan to table the minutes to the April meeting pending corrections passed unanimously. The board also discussed proposed bylaws, and a motion by Cyndie Sherriff to table the bylaws until April was seconded by Jeff Baker and passed unanimously.
