The motion was moved by the Chair and seconded by Commissioner Hurst; staff will report test results and supply availability.
- Consent agenda: Approved. Item A: vouchers in the amount of $368,484.20; Item B: several change orders related to the 2020 appraisal process.
- Planning case 2020-06 (Yoder 5 LLC / Yoder Metal): Commission approved the conditional use permit to expand a metal roofing production facility with the staff-recommended conditions and the waivers noted in the staff report.
- Planning case 2020-07 (Cheney Lake Storage LLC): Approved a conditional use permit to expand an existing storage facility, including phased construction, perimeter fencing and conditions addressing setbacks, lighting and well/drainage requirements.
- Holiday schedule 2021: Approved the commissioners' holiday schedule for 2021 as presented by human relations staff.
Where recorded, the commission followed staff recommendations and accepted planning commission referrals. Several items were approved by roll call.
