Trustee Steve Knar moved to approve the consent agenda items A–D; Trustee Melissa Schladt seconded. A roll-call vote was taken with Trustees Curtiss, Hester, Knar, Migdal, Schladt and Wall voting "yes"; the motion passed.
The minutes show no separate debate on the individual consent items and record unanimous approval. The ordinance number and the raffle date were recorded; the minutes do not include details about which business held the Class "A" license or other background on the ordinance beyond its elimination.
