The Village of Fox River Grove Board of Trustees unanimously approved the consent agenda at its Jan. 7, 2025 meeting, covering the Dec. 17, 2024 minutes; accounts payable for Jan. 7; the November 2024 treasurer's report; a façade grant agreement for Pence Holdings; and park and sound permit fee waivers for the Fox River Grove Memorial Library's summer reading picnic on July 26, 2025.
Trustee Hester made the motion to approve consent agenda items A through E, which Trustee Curtiss seconded. The roll call vote recorded Trustees Curtiss, Hester, Knar, Migdal, Schladt and Wall as voting "yes." The clerk recorded: "MOTION PASSED."
The items approved include routine financial and administrative items and a façade grant agreement for Pence Holdings noted on the consent agenda. The board took no separate discussion or recorded amendments on the consent agenda items.
The board later adjourned to executive session at 6:38 p.m. and reconvened at 7:23 p.m. before adjourning the open meeting.
