The board accepted a Grandvue operating transfer request to move $180,232.50 from a Capital Depreciation Account to the Operating Account to pay three items: Synergy Consulting Engineers, Inc. ($2,217.00); Center for Innovation, Inc. ' Strategic Planning-AgingIN ($13,500.00); and John E. Green Co. ' Domestic Water System Upgrade ($164,515.50). The transfer request was presented as part of the meeting's fiscal items and the board concurred.
County leaders also approved two equipment purchases. The Parks Director recommended awarding a bid for a Can-Am Defender Pro to Burt Lake Marina at $21,490.00 over alternative bids, and the board adopted that resolution. For property maintenance the board authorized purchase of a zero-turn mower from Don's Tractor & Equipment Sales not to exceed $18,918.00, selecting that vendor from three bids reviewed.
