Clark County commissioners approve routine contracts, appointments and financial housekeeping

Financial items approved included Amended Certificate #11, a set of intra-fund transfers to cover BWC and copier lease costs, supplemental appropriations (including Sheriff training and a Juvenile Court mediation pilot), and issuance of then-and-now warrants for several previously received invoices. The Board also acknowledged the Sheriff’s jail expenditure report and the Treasurer’s investment report for November and authorized travel and expenses for specified personnel.
Separately, the meeting’s agenda was approved with the explicit exclusion of Resolutions 2025-0898 (Healing Minds contract amendment) and 2025-0918/2025-0919 (the scheduled healthcare facilities revenue bond hearing and resolution), meaning no action on the bond was taken that day.
