Lead-abatement contract changes: The board authorized Contract Amendment #2 for Lamp Construction, Inc. increasing the not-to-exceed amount to $379,003; an Amendment #2 for Neighborhood Housing Partnership of Greater Springfield revising its not-to-exceed to $133,685; and an Amendment #2 for Reliable Home Improvement Services of Ohio, Inc. increasing its not-to-exceed amount to $742,312. All three amendments cite funding from the Clark County Lead Safe Ohio Grant (ODoD #LED-2023-203561) and extend work through August 31, 2026.
