Belmont County commissioners voted March 18 to approve Attachment 2 to their consulting agreement with LNE Group, LLC, extending consulting services to pursue federal and state project funding from April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027.
The attachment establishes a monthly retainer of $6,250, totaling $75,000 for the term. The contract language included a mutual 60-day termination provision and a statement that the remaining terms of the original January 1, 2025, agreement remain in force.
The motion to approve was made by Commissioner Jerry Echemann, seconded by Commissioner Vince Gianangeli, and passed on a roll-call vote with all commissioners voting Yes. The attachment was signed by Scott Owens, president of LNE Group, and Commissioner Jerry Echemann for Belmont County.
