Actions taken during the May 6 meeting included approval of the revised agenda; minutes of the April 21 special meeting; the 2026–27 board meeting calendar; and the second reading and adoption of Policy 8130 (school safety plan and teams) and Policy 5300.65 (visitors to the school). The board also approved personnel items 11.1–11.19, business and financial items 12.1–12.9, and committees on special education and preschool education items 13.1–13.5.
