Summary

The board also approved personnel items 11.1–11.19, business and financial items 12.1–12.9, and committees on special education and preschool education items 13.1–13.5.
Before adjourning the public portion and convening an executive session to discuss legal matters, trustees made brief reports and recognitions, including retirements and announcements of new hires and principals, such as Allison Callahan (Smithclove principal, effective July 1) and Marisol Jackson (Central Valley principal, starting August 10).
