The commissioners also approved a proposal from the Washington County Ambulance Board to raise ambulance service fees to better align with Medicare reimbursement rates; the last recorded fee increase was in 2013. Commissioner Cardwell made the motion to approve the fee increase; the motion was seconded and passed.
The board reviewed a managed service agreement from IT Dynamic Camera Solutions to provide IT support at the fairgrounds. The contract covers support services and provides that any equipment purchases will be billed separately; the monthly fee is $150. Commissioner Ewen moved to accept the service agreement; the motion passed.
