Chief Waitrovich suggested deploying the park's mobile electronic sign at the entrance to alert park users to the updated rules.
Trustee Curtiss moved to approve Ordinance 2023-11, "Amending Code of Ordinances Pertaining to Parks Offenses," and Trustee Andrew Migdal seconded. A roll-call vote recorded Trustees Curtiss, Knar, Migdal and Wall as "yes," and the motion passed.
